Domain

Our gites are located in Ouillet in  Castelsagrat,  a small village of 500 inhabitants which is part of the Tarn-et-Garonne department, which lies within the Occitania region. Agriculture is an important activity here, which is reflected in the landscape, with the numerous sunflower fields and chasselas vines.

The domain of 8000m2 consists of a park with stately oaks, lime trees and fruit trees such as cherries and cherry plums; a typical fruit of this region. There is a built-in trampoline, a swing, a hammock under the trees, and several shaded areas with dining and seating. In the spacious courtyard is the petanque court where the elderly throw a ball with a fresh glass of Pastis while the children build camps!

The swimming pool, which is communal, is a bit lower than the rest, and is surrounded by a “wall” of lavender which spreads a wonderful scent, and wild geraniums. on the other hand, a typical French white stone wall, is 4 m by 8 m and is equipped with steps all around, as well as a comfortable staircase to get in and out for the little ones or seniors.
